Somebody from Galveston, Texas dropped by the Turner Chapel distribution center for hurricane victims Monday.
"They were Rita people," said center volunteer Rosa Brooks.
And they weren't the first.
"We got people Friday from Rita," said Brooks. "This was the closest place they could find a hotel, one of them said."
