TCHULA — A house fire in September that claimed the lives of two children is now the subject of a $30 million lawsuit against the former landlord and the makers of the Magic Chef electric stove, according to the Clarion-Ledger.
Plaintiff Carolyn Benford, the mother of De’Meshana Benford, 2, and Daveyonn Benford, 4, filed the lawsuit.
