VAIDEN — The Nov. 22 death of Cardinal Scott, an inmate at Carroll-Montgomery Regional Correctional Facility, has been ruled a suicide, according to the autopsy report.
Carroll County Coroner Ken Strachan said Scott died from self-inflicted wounds, the Carrollton Conservative reported today.
