Extra patrols are again out to keep the streets of Greenwood safe from drunk drivers.
The Greenwood Police Department’s latest “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” blitz began Aug. 17 and goes through Labor Day weekend.
“We’re out there to save lives,” said Chris McDonald, the department’s DUI officer.
