Rain with warmer-than-usual daytime temperatures today could mean trouble by Tuesday, according to T.W. Cooper, director of the Greenwood-Leflore County Emergency Management Agency.
High winds will likely be here late Tuesday afternoon, and tornadoes are possible, Cooper said.
