BILOXI — The Greenwood Commonwealth, in one of its strongest showings ever, took home 23 news awards, including 14 first places, in the Mississippi Press Association’s annual Better Newspaper Contest.
The newspaper was judged the best daily for the second straight year in its circulation class of below-9,000.
