MENDENHALL — State Rep. Jessica Upshaw, R-Diamondhead, an attorney who had been a lawmaker since 2004, was found dead Sunday at a home here, authorities said. She was 53.
Upshaw died at a home in Mendenhall, about 110 miles away from her hometown.
Upshaw was the ex-wife of Greenwood attorney Steve Upshaw.
