Leflore County's jobless rate fell in November to 8.8 percent, according to figures released Tuesday by the Mississippi Employment Security Commission.
Although the unemployment rate was lower than October's 9.1 percent, it was slightly higher than the same month a year ago, when Leflore County's unemployment rate was 8.7 percent.
