Tallahatchie County authorities have charged Ray Charles Lattimore with capital murder in the shooting death of 18-year old Tyler Prahl of Marks, the state Parole Board said Friday.
Prahl, a Mississippi Delta Community College freshman who had attended Pillow Academy, disappeared Friday, Sept. 20.
