JACKSON - The Mississippi House passed a bill Wednesday to allow Leflore County to locate a new jail and Sheriff's Department in a wing of the now closed Delta Correctional Facility.
The unanimous support among state representatives is good news for the county, says Robert Moore, president of the Board of Supervisors.
