JACKSON — Much like his U.S. Senate colleague and 2004 Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry was on funding for the war in Iraq in 2003, Mississippi Republican U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker was for earmarks before he was against them.
Kerry’s flip-flop on funding military action in Afghanistan and Iraq was legendary.
