Board OKs $100K loan

NORTH CARROLLTON — The Carroll County School District’s finances were once again at the forefront Thursday night as Superintendent Billy Joe Ferguson asked the Carroll County School Board for a $100,000 loan from 16th Section land interest money in order to meet the district’s current regular expenses.
