Wiltshire win restores board to 5 members

CARROLLTON — Donnie Wiltshire was elected to the Carroll County School Board’s Beat 2 seat in Tuesday’s special election.

Wiltshire, 63, garnered 195 votes to Dollinda Malone’s 50.

The Beat 2 seat has been vacant since Jim Strong resigned in the fall of 2012.
