People do some interesting things while in the throes of a mid-life crisis, but very few write a book and get it published. However, that's what Gary Simmons did.
Simmons is an aspiring fiction writer who spent some of his growing-up time in Greenwood, and his sister, Connie Makamson, lives in Morgan City.
