NORTH CARROLLTON — The Carroll County Recreation Park board will have a fundraising festival on Oct. 30 at the park to make money to light the last of four fields, according to park director Cary Wayne Moore.
Currently only three fields have lights. The lack of lights makes scheduling a large number of teams difficult, Moore said.
