State Rep. Karl Oliver says his words in an email exchange with a Gulfport woman have been twisted for political purposes.
Oliver confirmed Friday that he wrote an email in response to Becky Guidry, who recently wrote to state House members urging them to vote against proposed tax cut legislation.
