Recalled as man with many friends

Friends and colleagues remember Terry Green as a steadfast friend and an outgoing, committed member of the Greenwood community.

Mr. Green, former longtime executive vice president of loans at the Bank of Commerce, died at home Saturday morning at the age of 68 after a three-year battle with cancer.

His position is partially funded by a two-year grant from Report for America, a national nonprofit. Generous supporters in the community donated the matching funds in the first year. We are now raising funds for Year 2.
