One day in May 2012, shortly before he moved away from Greenwood, Will Cayer found his pickup truck missing from the driveway of the River Road house he had been living in.
“We just knew it was in a chop shop somewhere in Memphis,” said Steve Iwanski, who was Cayer’s roommate at the time.
