Boy Scout Troop 4200 members place flags on U.S. 82 outside the Leflore County incubator building in Itta Bena. The facility, located across the highway from Mississippi Valley State University, served as the headquarters for the search- and-recovery operation following the July 10, 2017, crash of a military plane in which 16 servicemen died.
