Four inches may not seem like a lot. But it's enough to put a big grin on the face of Lusia Harris-Stewart.
Those inches represent the difference in width from her cramped, borrowed wheelchair and the custom-made wheelchair Stewart received Tuesday.
"This will help me get out a little bit more," she said.
