Roosevelt "Bill" Clay, a candidate for Ward 4 City Council, wants to bring high-tech jobs to Greenwood youth and stanch outsourcing of jobs by spreading out the work in the city.
"We grow from within. If you can't handle your workload, keep it here. Someone in Greenwood can do it," said Clay.
