Leflore County is preparing for the possibility of hosting flooding evacuees from elsewhere in the Delta.
T.W. Cooper, director of the Greenwood-Leflore Emergency Management Agency, said Tuesday afternoon he was lining up staging areas and that Mississippi Valley State University is one of those trying to prepare for evacuees.
