The Carroll Academy girls fastpitch softball team dropped the first game of a three-game District 2-2A series with Central Holmes Christian School Monday in Lexington.
The Lady Trojans prevailed 6-5 despite being outhit 7-4 by Carroll, which slides to 3-14 overall and 0-7 in district.
