Robert Collins, a Democratic candidate for Leflore County District 5 supervisor, says his success as a business owner qualifies him to run for office.
Collins, 57, spoke to the Greenwood Voters League on Wednesday. He was introduced by his wife, Shameka Collins, operator of East Leflore Water and Sewer. The couple has four children.
