Before The Alluvian, before the facelift at Staplcotn, Todd Fincher looked at the vacant and boarded-up buildings downtown and saw opportunity.
"I just thought there was a world of untapped resources downtown," said the Greenwood dentist. "If I could have afforded it, I would have bought every one."
