Bullies have been a part of school days in the American imagination for years, but Dr. Rachel Hines says she sees more behavioral problems every year.
The behavior is symptomatic of an illness that seems to be spreading, if only because it's more diagnosed, says the staff psychiatrist for Life Help Mental Health Center.
