A Leflore County grand jury has decided that the case against Brandon Hammons, who is accused of shooting another man in the face, has enough evidence to go to trial.
The indictment is in connection with a North Greenwood shooting on April 12 that severed the spinal cord of James McDonald, 36, paralyzing him from the neck down.
