At only 21 months old, Brinley Rae Ann Smith is already a survivor.
Brinley was born to Cherie Holt and Ray Smith at Greenwood Leflore Hospital on Feb. 24, 2017, and had difficulties from the beginning. About four hours after birth, Holt said, Brinley stopped breathing for the first time.
