Be Smart. Sleep.
Do NOT put yourself in jeopardy by sacrificing sleep. It can cause car wrecks, health problems, and psychological problems.
Focus instead on time management. If you’re watching television, be productive during the commercials. Get something accomplished so you won’t have to do it when it’s time to go to bed. Take a Melatonin if you need to, about thirty minutes before bedtime.
Don’t fight the urge to sleep. You’re an adult. You’re not three. You won’t miss anything fun if you go to bed.
