Divided We Fall
Something has been concerning me for awhile. I see an abundance of division right now in the United States.
There are viewpoints being spread in the news and social media. People are attempting to pit us against one another. we're systematically being forced into smaller and smaller factions. We're divided by race, gender, romantic orientation, religious affiliation, income status, political viewpoints, and many other factors.
When a nation is divided, rather than united, it's more easily defeated by foreign military forces because it's difficult to work together to defend our freedoms. Our division as a country is seen as a weakness to nations who would seek to destroy us.
I believe we need to take serious precautions about buying into propaganda that aims to divide us further. We need unification, not division, if we're going to survive as a nation.
