Police are investigating the stabbing of a man at a Greenwood club last Saturday.
According to the incident report, which was posted this morning, Antonio Ratliff was found by officers on Main Street at around 2:15 a.m.
A witness identified the assailant by name and said Ratliff was stabbed at Iola’s Club on Walthall Street. The witness said Ratliff and the suspect argued before the suspect stabbed Ratliff with an unknown object, the report said.
Ratliff fled and collapsed on Main Street. When the witness saw the police cars on Main Street, she came over and provided the officers with the information.
The report did not indicate the severity of Ratliff’s wounds, and Moore didn’t know this morning whether Ratliff was hospitalized.
