Hiring felons
I was floored when I read the article in Tuesday’s paper about the two Roberts (Moore and Collins) not voting to hire Kevin Matthews to work for Leflore County (“Hiring policy lacks clarity, Moore says,” April 15):
In my opinion, to abstain is to vote no, or the coward’s way to say no.
