Downtown proposal
Regarding the editorial “Leave Bourbon St. in New Orleans” (July 4):
If Greenwood wants to continue to bill itself as a tourist destination, then people need to have somewhere to congregate safely and not worry about the ridiculous 1 a.m. “curfew.” It’s only enforced in South Greenwood.
