Charges of DUI and speeding against Leflore County Supervisor Reginald Moore have been dismissed following an appeal of his conviction.
Leflore County Judge James K. Littleton dismissed the case Wednesday based on the testimony provided by the arresting state trooper and the absence of the original speeding ticket in court.
