The Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School Board approved a resolution Monday authorizing the sale and issuance of $44 million in bonds to help fund construction of a countywide high school.
The vote was 4-1, with only Magdalene Abraham voting against the resolution. She questioned the lack of architectural plans.
