Warming stations may pave way for shelter

On June 25 around 2:53 a.m., an officer was dispatched to Double Quick on Main Street. Surveillance footage showed a man breaking the store’s glass door to enter the store and stealing cigarettes and cigarette lighters before leaving the scene.
