The Leflore County boys track team continues to run away from the competition as the Tigers tallied 1791/2 points to take first place at the Regional 2-2A meet Thursday at Clarksdale High School.
Charleston was second with 126 points, and Northside was third with 93 points. Marks Palmer came in fourth with 77 points, and O’Bannon was fifth with 581/2 points. J.Z. George came in ninth with 11 points.
In the girls division, Leflore County was third with 110 points, and Charleston came in first with 157.666 points. O’Bannon was second with 133 points.
The top four in each event move on to the North 2A meet on April 23 at Potts Camp.
