Jackson is warning that it could have another water crisis this weekend if consumption skyrockets, with Jackson State hosting not only Southern University but ESPN’s popular Saturday morning GameDay football crew. Residents and businesses in the capital city are being asked to voluntarily reduce their consumption until the visitors leave.
