Walter Lee Harper III of Nettleton and Rhonda Bruce of Star City Ala., announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Hayley Amelia Harper of Holcomb, to Reed Hardin Browning, also of Holcomb.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Hardin Browning and LaGatha Cutts Abbott, both of Carrollton.
