Some Greenwood businesses took advantage of Gov. Tate Reeves’ safer-at-home order by reopening their doors to customers Monday morning.
One of those businesses was Delta Boutique, which had a good soft opening, said owner Barbara Grantham. “I’ve just been steady with people,” an elated Grantham said with a laugh.
