Last week, ahead of the first meeting of the North Carrollton Mayor and Board of Aldermen for the 2025-2029 term, the municipal officials elected in June were administered the oath of office by Carroll County Circuit Clerk Durward Stanton. Mayor Ken Strachan, who is beginning his fourth term, spoke about the accomplishments the town has made and said the new term will be a continuation of the last term.
