The city of Greenwood and other nearby towns have continued to experience population declines, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s latest estimates for July 1, 2019.
According to the Census Bureau, Greenwood’s population last summer was estimated to be 13,561, which is a 16% decrease from the 2010 estimate, 16,152.
