Louvonia “Lou” Ricks has a lot of responsibility at Amanda Elzy High School, and he likes it that way.
In addition to being the lead special education teacher, he is the senior class sponsor, coordinates activities such as homecoming and the selection of Mr. and Miss Elzy, and sells tickets at football and basketball games.
