The city of Greenwood has accepted a $4.3 million bid from Gregory Companies LLC for street improvements.
The City Council voted 6-0 on Tuesday to accept the low base bid at the recommendation of Karl Grubb of Willis Engineering, the engineer for the repavement project.
The council had received bids from companies on July 28.
