The first thing Pierre Fowler recalls cooking by himself is a deep-fried hamburger he made when he was about 12.
“I was a teenager and hungry with nobody to cook for me. It was the best thing in the world, and the worst thing in the world for me,” laughed Fowler, now 35 and the lead line cook at Giardina’s.
