The liquidating trustee for bankrupt Express Grain may continue to employ Jackson-based attorney Craig Geno to wind down the company’s affairs.
However, Heather Williams and the Express Grain trust are prohibited from employing Geno to pursue claims against the company’s owners, Dr. Michael Coleman and his son, John Coleman.
