Residents on Poplar Street are voicing concerns that the residential road has become a home for loud vehicles and dangerous speeding.
“It’s constant,” said Karen Pinkston, a co-owner of Lusco’s, who lives on Poplar and East Jefferson Avenue. “It’s a real surprise at night or in the morning if you don’t hear it.”
