A ribbon-cutting and celebration were held Monday for the large-scale solar operation at Delta’s Edge, Cooperative Energy’s newest utility-scale solar site, located in Carroll County six miles east of Greenwood. At center, David O’Bryan, general manager of Delta Electric Power Association, gets ready to cut the ribbon.
