For almost two years, workers have been grinding away on replacing five bridges on Mississippi 442, which spans from Doddsville through Schlater, intersecting at U.S. 49 East.
The Mississippi Department of Transportation anticipates work on all bridges will be completed by this fall, according to the agency’s website.
