A former Carroll Academy headmaster has filed a lawsuit against the school’s board of directors, alleging the board fired him without cause last year.
Barry Finnie, who was Carroll’s headmaster from June 2022 through his abrupt dismissal in April of last year, filed the civil lawsuit in July in Leflore County Circuit Court.
